What to report
- Incorrect or outdated pricing
- Outdated or missing features
- Broken or misdirected links
- Incorrect product information or descriptions
- Company ownership, name or status changes
- Misattributed ratings or review counts
- Any other factual error
Vendors and readers are equally welcome to submit corrections.
How to report it
Use the contact page and choose the corrections topic. Please include the page URL, what is incorrect, and a link to a primary source where possible. A vendor's own pricing or documentation page is the strongest evidence.
How we handle corrections
- We acknowledge the report.
- We verify the claim against primary sources.
- Verified corrections are applied promptly.
- Where a correction materially changes a published assessment, we note the change on the affected page.
Requests to remove accurate but unflattering information, or to change a score without new evidence, are not corrections and are declined.
Recording updates
Where the information is available, editorial and product pages show when they were last reviewed and last updated, so you can judge how current the page is.
