Prices are service fees. Advertising spend on Google, Meta or TikTok is billed separately at cost. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic volumes or conversions.

A defined placement and/or content production package as described in your plan and confirmed in writing before the invoice is issued. You are buying visibility and production work, never a rating or a ranking position.
Directory and page placements run for 30 days from the go-live date unless a different term is agreed in writing. Published editorial or campaign articles remain online for as long as they stay accurate and relevant.
The channels listed in your plan, confirmed at scoping. Where a social or newsletter channel is included, we schedule it within the campaign window; exact dates depend on the editorial calendar.
Each campaign is scoped with a written list of deliverables and their delivery dates. Anything outside that list is a new scope and is quoted separately.
Every product passes an editorial fit check before we accept payment, and all campaign content is subject to editorial review. We may decline a product or require changes to submitted copy or creative.
Invoices are issued after scoping and are payable before the campaign goes live. Work begins once payment clears. There is no automated checkout — every engagement is quoted and invoiced manually.
Cancel before the campaign goes live and any unspent amount is refunded, less work already produced. Once a placement is live or content is published, fees for delivered work are non-refundable. Unspent third-party ad budget is always returned.
You supply accurate product information, logos and any creative you want used, and you confirm you hold the rights to it. Inaccurate claims are corrected or removed.
We decline products and creative involving illegal activity, malware, deceptive claims, adult content, gambling where restricted, unlicensed financial or medical claims, or infringement of third-party rights.
Advertising services are subject to platform policies, account eligibility, editorial review and campaign approval. We do not guarantee approval by Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or any other platform, nor any specific level of traffic, sales, conversions or search rankings. Purchasing promotional services does not guarantee a positive review, rating, ranking or editorial recommendation.
